By accessing and using the services of Rank and Trend, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients engaging in SEO, Local SEO, and Digital Marketing services provided by us.
2. Description of Services
Rank and Trend specializes in providing a range of digital marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Local SEO, and other Digital Marketing strategies. Detailed descriptions of each service will be provided in the individual service agreements or project proposals.
3. Service Agreement
Each client will enter into a separate service agreement that will specify the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and any other specific terms related to the project.
4. Payment and Fees
Fees for our services will be outlined in the individual service agreements. Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule specified in their respective agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, access to necessary resources, and any other support required for the effective execution of our services. The client must ensure that all content and materials provided comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rank and Trend retains all rights to the methodologies, strategies, and techniques used in providing our services. Any content or materials specifically created for the client as part of the service will become the client’s property upon full payment of the agreed fees.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the service engagement. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of the service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rank and Trend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
The service agreement may be terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the individual service agreements.
10. Modifications to Terms of Service
Rank and Trend reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of USA.
